PIADER

CTA has been the successful tenderer, in collaboration with the consulting firm Track Global Solutions, in an entrepreneurial tender launched by the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (MINAGRI) of Peru and funded by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).

 The tender foresees a consultancy service for the terms and conditions elaboration, the promotion and management of the first call for entrepreneurship about agrarian information services.

This initiative falls within the framework of a bigger and more ambitious program of the Peruvian Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation called “Improvement of the agricultural information statistical system and service for the rural development in Peru” (PIADER), with nearly 30 million dollars to allocate for improving the country agricultural information quality, relevance, reliability and availability, aiming to increase the quality of the agricultural policies and the farmers’ incomes.
