METASTARS
The METASTARS project aims to create a grouping of European clusters to support SMEs in the aerospace and defense (ASD) ecosystem.
The project will offer financial support to SMEs to develop innovative projects and benefit from services to adapt to new technologies, to develop or strengthen their green and digital transition, their innovation potential, their internationalization strategy towards Japan and Canada and the training of your workforce.
CTA is the only Spanish entity that participates in this initiative, financed by the European Cosme program, together with 3 other partners from European countries (France, Greece and Poland).
METASTARS will foster the creation of an aerospace and defense ecosystem that will provide a wide range of services to ASD SMEs across Europe, supporting innovation, favoring SME resilience and the green and digital transition. Likewise, it also aims to diversify markets, creating new opportunities between different sectors and internationally.
Among the activities included in this project, the development of joint actions between different clusters to improve development strategy and internationalization skills stands out.

CTA activity
CTA coordinates the work package dedicated to creating the network of the aerospace and defense (ASD) ecosystem in Europe, which is necessary to reinforce the Single European Market in this ecosystem. Furthermore, it will provide the means for METASTARS to shine at the European level and be considered as a relevant stakeholder for the collaboration.
