CTA activity

CTA will lead the Andalusian living lab. The objective of the Andalusian living lab will be to assess the shelf life and compliance with retail requirements for fruit and vegetables, at an early stage, through non-destructive analysis and multi-attribute classification techniques. It is intended to reduce food waste by the producer and the retailer.

In addition, it will also seek to ensure quality products with a known shelf-life at the retailer side, providing market strategies for 'ugly' fruits and vegetables and optimizing logistics management.
