The objective of the visit is to promote good practices in research and knowledge transfer around aerial robotics.
CTA has received a delegation from the Laboratory of Robotics and Intelligent Systems (LARICS) of the University of Zagreb (Croatia), from January 31st to February 5th, within the framework of the European project AeRoTwin, to promote good practices in research and knowledge transfer in aerial robotics.
LARICS researchers have visited the CTA headquarters, as well as the University of Seville and the Centre for Advanced Aerospace Technologies (CATEC). The Aerospace technical officer of CTA, Silvia de los Santos, and the consultant Marta Macías have accompanied the Croatian delegation and have presented the model of support for innovation and technology transfer of this foundation, as well as its international activity in European projects and multilaterals in Latin America.
In addition, Natalia Gutiérrez and Marisol Castro from the PR and Communication Department, have presented good practices and recommendations to manage the communication, dissemination and exploitation of European innovation projects.
The visit is part of the development of the European project AeRoTwin, which is funded by the Horizon 2020 programme of the European Union (within the Twinning call), with the aim of spreading excellence in aerial robotics through the collaboration of LARICS, CTA, the University of Seville and the Imperial College London, which are the project partners.
