{"id":47373,"date":"2019-11-20T10:06:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-22T05:40:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev-cta.corporaciontecnologica.com\/?post_type=noticias&#038;p=47373"},"modified":"2023-09-29T10:48:54","modified_gmt":"2023-09-29T08:48:54","slug":"__trashed-1611","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/www.corporaciontecnologica.com\/en\/noticias\/__trashed-1611\/","title":{"rendered":"CTA participates in EXCornsEED Project Conference in Bucharest"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The CTA Business Development Manager, <a href=\"\/sites\/cta\/.content\/ctaresponsable\/ctaresponsable-00009.xml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">David P\u00e1ez<\/a>, and the Consultant <a href=\"\/sites\/cta\/.content\/ctaresponsable\/ctaresponsable-00036.xml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mar\u00eda Nieto<\/a> have participated today in the Conference on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.excornseed.eu\/news\/excornseed-invites-you-to-participate-in-one-of-the-biggest-networking-event-conference-in-the-bio-based-industry\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Valorisation of proteins and bio-active compounds from biorefinery side-streams<\/a>, organised by the European <a href=\"\/sites\/cta\/en\/area-internacional\/proyectos-europeos\/excornseed\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EXCornsEED <\/a>project in Bucharest, Romania.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The consultant Mar\u00eda Nieto has presented the CTA business innovation support model, as well as the European projects related to the Bioeconomy in which CTA participates as a partner: <a href=\"\/sites\/cta\/en\/area-internacional\/proyectos-europeos\/ictbiochain\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ICT-BIOCHAIN<\/a> and&nbsp;<a href=\"\/sites\/cta\/en\/area-internacional\/proyectos-europeos\/urbiofuture\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UrBIOfuture<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition, CTA has participated in the EXCornsEED project coordination meeting to learn about the proejct progress and the work plans for the coming months. Led by the University of Rome Sapienza, the project has 13 partners from 8 European countries (Italy, Slovakia, Romania, Spain, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany and the Netherlands), including CTA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The European EXCornsEED project has a budget of 7.2 million euros to develop sustainable technologies that allow obtaining functional ingredients for food, chemical and cosmetic products from the secondary effluents of corn, bioethanol and biodiesel biorefineries.
