CTA, in collaboration with the European clusters Vegepolys Valley (France), Greenport West-Holland (Netherlands) and Clust-ER (Italy), organized an online event on the challenges of organic production in Europe. This event is part of the Plant Intercluster (PIC)<\/strong><\/a>, a European cluster made up of 10 entities, including CTA, with the aim of promoting innovation around plant production, as well as creating a common strategy to facilitate the international development of clusters and their member companies.<\/p>\n

Three expert speakers from the companies AND BioPharma PV<\/a> (Netherlands), Aboca Group<\/a> (Italy) and Coexphal<\/a> (Spain) participated in the event, to explain their challenges, work and vision, regarding the challenge of reaching 25% of production of organic plants, while increasing sustainability and circularity.<\/p>\n

Organic production has become a very important part of greenhouse horticulture in Spain.
