The CapFeather founding partner Robert Dew presented the <strong>&#8220;Strategic Sales Flywheel&#8221;<\/strong> concept, which involves taking a learning approach to making sales with a new product and market. The event was moderated by CTA Innovation consultant <a href=\"\/sites\/cta\/.content\/ctaresponsable\/ctaresponsable-00033.xml\">Mar\u00eda Jim\u00e9nez<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">How to influence customers to overcome the perception of risk towards new products, lead generation options, metrics to follow-up and what makes the difference between sustained growth and stagnation, among others, were the topics covered in the session.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This webinar is part of the activities being developed by the European <a href=\"\/sites\/cta\/en\/area-internacional\/proyectos-europeos\/connecteo\/\">ConnectEO<\/a> project to <strong>promote market access for European Earth Observation SMEs in Chile and Australia<\/strong>.
