CTA has participated in the consortium meeting of the European project In TRANSIT<\/a><\/strong>, held on 27th and 28th May in Milan (Italy), to evaluate the progress of the project and plan the next activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CTA was represented by Silvia de los Santos, technical manager of the Aerospace sector, and Marta Gonz\u00e1lez, Communication technician, both members of the In TRANSIT team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the meeting, the consortium partners reviewed the progress of the different work packages (WP) in the final stretch of the project, with special attention to the management of the funding calls, the follow-up of beneficiary projects and the organisation of the final event, which will include a presentation session to investors by some funded SMEs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Details were also agreed on a new call for funded projects, which is expected to be launched in the coming weeks. This action aims to identify initiatives with high potential in order to make them visible to key players in the European innovation ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About the project<\/strong>
In TRANSIT (Strengthening the resilience of textile, aerospace, and construction SMEs to transition towards greener and more digital sectors with social and business innovation) is a European project funded by the Horizon Europe programme that aims to strengthen the resilience of SMEs in the textile, aerospace and construction sectors through a mixed support mechanism combining individualised advice and direct funding vouchers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The consortium is made up of nine European entities, including three Spanish partners: CTA, ATEVAL (project coordinator) and AEI T\u00e8xtils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a total budget of \u20ac5 million, the project allocates \u20ac3 million to cascade financing for SMEs and an additional \u20ac1 million to provide them with specialised services to boost their digital and green transition, thus strengthening their competitiveness and long-term sustainability.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":64359,"template":"","categorias-noticias":[322,309],"class_list":["post-64362","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","categorias-noticias-aeroespacial-en","categorias-noticias-noticias-en"],"yoast_head":"\nCTA drives the digital transition of European SMEs in Milan with In TRANSIT project -
