Technological Corporation of Andalusia (CTA) and its member company TEPRO<\/a>, both partners in the European project BBioNets, held a workshop at CTA\u2019s headquarters in Seville aimed at fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange among entities from the Andalusian agri-forestry sector<\/strong>, with the goal of boosting the bioeconomy in the region.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The meeting brought together members of the <\/strong>BBioNets Andalusian Agricultural and Forestry Network, <\/strong>including representatives from the Regional Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development<\/strong> and the Regional Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment<\/strong> of the Government of Andalusia, Andaluc\u00eda TRADE<\/strong>, Mancera Productores Agr\u00edcolas S.C.A.<\/strong>, and Grupo La Ca\u00f1a<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event included a Train-the-Trainers session, during which project progress was presented along with an interactive digital tool for the management and valorization of agricultural and forestry biomass, as well as a Policy Workshop focused on knowledge exchange and the definition of strategic proposals or \u201cAction Points\u201d to promote Bio-based Technologies<\/strong> in Andalusia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BBioNets, a European project funded with nearly \u20ac2 million by the European Union\u2019s Horizon Europe programme, aims to bring Bio-based Technologies developed within EIP-AGRI operational groups<\/strong> closer to different users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this initiative, CTA and TEPRO represent Andalusia, participating alongside other European regions such as Ireland, Italy, Greece, Poland, and the Czech Republic<\/strong>, promoting international cooperation and the exchange of best practices to move towards a more sustainable, innovative, and competitive agri-forestry model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
