{"id":68535,"date":"2026-02-03T10:55:28","date_gmt":"2026-02-03T09:55:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.corporaciontecnologica.com\/?post_type=noticias&#038;p=68535"},"modified":"2026-02-03T11:22:01","modified_gmt":"2026-02-03T10:22:01","slug":"the-scaira-start-up-acceleration-programme-closes-its-final-call","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/www.corporaciontecnologica.com\/en\/noticias\/the-scaira-start-up-acceleration-programme-closes-its-final-call\/","title":{"rendered":"The SCAIRA start-up acceleration programme closes its final call"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Representatives of the twelve organisations involved in the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.corporaciontecnologica.com\/en\/noticias\/cta-participates-scaira-projects-promotes-startups\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.corporaciontecnologica.com\/en\/noticias\/cta-participates-scaira-projects-promotes-startups\/\">European SCAIRA project<\/a><\/strong> gathered in Barcelona on 27 and 28 January for the initiative\u2019s <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.corporaciontecnologica.com\/en\/noticias\/scaira-to-assess-the-closure-of-the-second-call\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.corporaciontecnologica.com\/en\/noticias\/scaira-to-assess-the-closure-of-the-second-call\/\">fifth consortium meeting<\/a><\/strong>, held to coincide with the closure of the third and final call of its start-up acceleration programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting agenda, hosted by the automotive cluster CIAC, was structured around two main modules: one focused on reviewing the project\u2019s overall progress and the results of the latest call, and another dedicated to an internal <em>capacity building<\/em> session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-day-1-beneficiary-follow-up-and-third-call\">Day 1: beneficiary follow-up and third call<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"h-day-1-beneficiary-follow-up-and-third-call-following-two-calls-already-completed-a-total-of-ten-beneficiaries-start-ups-and-entrepreneurs-from-france-portugal-and-spain-have-received-technical-legal-and-market-support-under-the-acceleration-programme-delivered-by-scaira-all-of-them-share-a-common-denominator-the-innovative-nature-of-their-proposals-and-their-applicability-to-the-aeronautics-and-automotive-sectors\">Following two calls already completed, a total of ten beneficiaries (start-ups and entrepreneurs from France, Portugal and Spain) have received technical, legal and market support under the acceleration programme delivered by SCAIRA. All of them share a common denominator: the innovative nature of their proposals and their applicability to the aeronautics and automotive sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.corporaciontecnologica.com\/en\/noticias\/the-scaira-start-up-accelerator-launches-its-third-and-final-call\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.corporaciontecnologica.com\/en\/noticias\/the-scaira-start-up-accelerator-launches-its-third-and-final-call\/\">closure of the third and final call<\/a><\/strong> resulted in the submission of fifteen proposals, whose eligibility will be assessed in the coming days in line with the same criteria applied in previous editions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/www.corporaciontecnologica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-02-02-at-12.15.23-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-68532\" style=\"width:392px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.corporaciontecnologica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-02-02-at-12.15.23-1024x768.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/www.corporaciontecnologica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-02-02-at-12.15.23-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.corporaciontecnologica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-02-02-at-12.15.23-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.corporaciontecnologica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-02-02-at-12.15.23-1536x1152.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/www.corporaciontecnologica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-02-02-at-12.15.23.jpeg 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-day-2-capacity-building-session-and-visit-to-la-pedrera\"><strong>Day 2: capacity building session and visit to La Pedrera<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>During the second day, consortium partners once again shared their capabilities and needs in a <em>capacity building<\/em> session aimed at <strong>realigning visions, objectives and expectations<\/strong>, designed as a simulation exercise for the preparation of a European project proposal, following almost three years of collaboration within the SCAIRA framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The agenda concluded with a guided visit to La Pedrera, one of the most iconic buildings of Barcelona\u2019s modernist architecture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cta-a-driving-force-for-innovation-and-entrepreneurship-at-european-level\"><strong>CTA, a driving force for innovation and entrepreneurship at European level<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"h-cta-a-driving-force-for-innovation-and-entrepreneurship-at-european-level\">Corporaci\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica de Andaluc\u00eda (CTA) plays a cross-cutting role within SCAIRA, combining leadership in the project\u2019s promotion and communication strategy with its work as a key connector within the innovation ecosystem.
