The BIOSTARS project is launching the first session of its training programme focused on ‘Business Model Design and Financial Strategy’, a practical workshop designed to help innovators, start-ups and entrepreneurial teams turn their ideas into financially viable projects.
The session will guide participants through the development of market-oriented business models, helping them to define value propositions, realistic financial plans and sustainable growth strategies. The training combines practical tools and entrepreneurial methodologies designed to strengthen the implementation of innovation and long-term sustainability.
