FUNDACIÓN CORPORACIÓN TECNOLÓGICA DE ANDALUCIA, (hereinafter CTA), as controller of your data, in compliance with the provisions of EU REGULATION 2016/679 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and the Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, hereby informs you:

Origin of the data: the data collected have been provided directly by you, and have not been collected from any other source.

Data and purpose:

The personal data collected by CTA will be according to the purpose for which they are collected:

  • Subscription to newsletters: name, surname and email address. The purpose of the processing will be to inform you about our services, offers, promotions and articles or content, which may be of interest to you, electronically and/or by telephone.
  • Attendance at events: name, surname, e-mail, position, gender, telephone number and ID number. The purpose of the processing will be the management of an event organised by CTA that will be attended by you.
  • Funding of R&D&I projects: name, surname, position, CV, DNI, and Social Security data. The purpose of the processing will be the evaluation and audit of projects funded by CTA.
  • European projects: name, surname, position, CV, DNI, and Social Security data. The purpose of the processing will be the management of the execution of the project in question.
  • Clients and suppliers: name, surname, position and e-mail address. The purpose of the processing will be the execution of the contracted service.

Any type of request or suggestion that reaches CTA will be treated in accordance with current legislation with the sole purpose of attending to it as soon as possible.

Legitimation:

The legal basis for the processing of data is the consent of the persons concerned for the processing and management of each of the purposes carried out by CTA.

Retention of data:

The data collected in order to respond to your application, request or consultation of our products and services, will be kept indefinitely until, where appropriate, you express your wish to delete them. Said data will remain duly blocked for access once the processing for which they were collected has been completed.

Data recipients: No data will be transferred.

International transfers: We will not carry out international transfers.

Automated decisions: There are no automated decisions regarding your data.

Rights: You may exercise the rights listed below by emailing cta@corporaciontecnologica.com:

  • To obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing personal data concerning them.
  • To access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
  • In certain circumstances, data subjects may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defence of claims.
  • In certain circumstances and on grounds relating to their particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data. We will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defence of possible claims.
  • To portability, which implies that the data subject’s personal data is transferred directly from one controller to another, without the need for prior transmission to the data subject himself/herself, provided that this is technically possible.
  • To withdraw the consent given.
  • To complain to the Supervisory Authority: if you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint in writing to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at Calle Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid or use the electronic headquarters: https://sedeagpd.gob.es. In both cases, you must attach the relevant documentation.
