CTA has become a member of I-STEP Network (Inclusive Skills, Training, Employability and Participation), an international network that brings together organisations committed to fostering more inclusive societies through training, skills development, employability and active participation.

By joining the network, CTA expands its international collaboration ecosystem and reinforces its commitment to supporting initiatives that create opportunities for innovation, learning and development for businesses, public organisations and citizens. Membership will enable the foundation to connect with organisations worldwide, exchange knowledge and take part in projects aimed at building a more inclusive and sustainable society.

I-STEP Network currently brings together 91 organisations from 43 countries across six continents, including NGOs, universities, public authorities, educational institutions and SMEs. The network is structured around four main areas of work: Inclusive Skills, Inclusive Training, Inclusive Employability and Inclusive Participation, promoting integrated approaches that facilitate access to learning, employment and social engagement.

The mission of I-STEP Network is to encourage cooperation among organisations to develop and share methodologies, tools and best practices that support greater social inclusion. Through a diverse international community, the network fosters the exchange of experiences and the creation of solutions with tangible impact across different sectors and communities.

For CTA, becoming part of this initiative represents a new opportunity to strengthen its international dimension, expand its network of strategic contacts and contribute to collaborative projects with a global reach. This membership will enable the foundation to further promote innovation and knowledge transfer in areas related to skills development, citizen engagement, and stronger links between education and employment.
