Support for technology-based entrepreneurship
EPC Tracker gets a loan from ENISA for 271.000€ thanks to CTA to grow with its construction management software
The Jerez-based startup, specialized in the digitization of the construction sector, has developed a software that controls all the information and management of the work in an organized and traceable way, without any data escaping.

The Jerez startup EPC Tracker has obtained, thanks to the advice and support of CTA, a participative loan from the National Innovation Entity (ENISA) for an amount of €271,000 to provide them with the necessary financial resources to expand their business and achieve competitive improvements.

“CTA has provided us with the necessary assistance to structure the proposal in a solid and reliable way, perfectly reflecting the technological capabilities, business model and business projections of the company,” says Mario Rondán, co-founder and head of Innovation at EPC Tracker, who adds that “he values the professionalism and high qualification of the technicians who provide the service offered by CTA”.

EPC Tracker is a technology startup that has developed software for the construction industry that eradicates chaos on the construction site thanks to its powerful data capture and management.

The support provided by CTA to EPC Tracker is part of its support service for raising external financing for technology-based entrepreneurs, with which it has a success rate of over 45% in the Neotec program of the CDTI (@CDTIoficial) and over 94% in ENISA, among other programs.

Data capture for a more efficient construction industry

Based in Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz), EPC Tracker developed its construction software in 2013 in the Minerva Program's business incubator. In 2015, the Sacyr Award for Innovation as the best national startup in Construction and Services meant the definitive boost for the project, which has also received other awards, such as the AJE Award for Best Entrepreneurial Initiative, and is a member of the FAEC (Federation of Construction Business Groups of Cadiz).

EPC Tracker solves the problem of the lack of accurate, organized and traceable information generated on the production fronts in construction, operation and maintenance projects and mobility services in the B2B environment. The software developed by the company digitally controls the correct allocation and distribution of planned activities, their execution and subsequent certification process.
