Andalusia at the Core of Europe’s Critical Raw Materials Strategy
Technological Corporation of Andalusia (CTA) will host with Junta de Andalucía, Consejería de Industria Energía y Minas, a two-day event in the framework of european project IRMHUB, bringing together regional and European organisations to discuss Andalusia’s role in Europe’s Critical Raw Materials Strategy and to review the project’s technical progress.
On 10 December, the programme will focus on Andalusia’s role within the European Critical Raw Materials landscape. Contributions from CTA and key stakeholders in the raw materials sector will outline the EMSA 2030 framework, the regional ecosystem, Andalusia’s involvement in Europe’s 47 Strategic Raw Materials Projects, and its Smart Specialisation priorities in mining, batteries and advanced materials. The day will conclude with sessions dedicated to investment, innovation and interregional cooperation.
On 11 December, the IRMHUB consortium will hold its General Assembly. Partners will review progress across all Work Packages. The day will end with a joint discussion and closing remarks.
