CTA, present at the II National Congress on Green Hydrogen through AIHRE

Technological Corporation of Andalusia (CTA) has actively participated in the 2nd National Green Hydrogen Congress, one of the most important meetings in the renewable energy sector, held from 4 to 6 February in Huelva.

The stand of the European project AIHRE, an initiative co-financed by the Interreg POCTEP programme and of which CTA is a partner, has been a key meeting point to connect with member companies of the foundation and new actors in the field of green hydrogen. AIHRE seeks to establish a technological and business network to take advantage of the renewable hydrogen generation potential in Spain and Portugal. To do so, it uses the AIHRE Ecosystem, a community formed by entities committed to promoting the use of renewable hydrogen in the POCTEP area.

The institutional opening was attended by the President of CTA, Beltrán Pérez; the Chief Executive Officer, Elías Atienza; and the Chief Financial Officer and Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, Leonardo Bueno. In addition, during the three days of the congress, the head of the Energy and Environment sector of CTA, Germán Lara; the Innovation consultant, Paula Rosa; and the Communication technician, Sofía Sánchez; were present at the AIHRE stand, explaining the objectives of the project to the attendees.

The second edition of the National Green Hydrogen Congress has brought together in Huelva more than 1,400 professionals and representatives of more than 450 companies. The event, organised by the Huelva Federation of Entrepreneurs, has also announced its third edition in 2026, thus consolidating itself as a reference event in Andalusia.
