As part of the BIOSTARS project’s training programme, the ‘Problem–Solution–Value Analysis’ session will introduce participants to the main entrepreneurial frameworks designed to validate innovative ideas and refine value propositions.
During the workshop, participants will explore practical tools such as the Problem–Solution Fit Canvas, the Value Proposition Canvas and the MVP Experiment Canvas. The session focuses on helping innovators balance market demand and technology-driven strategies, whilst designing structured experiments to ensure early product-market alignment.
