As part of the BIOSTARS project’s training programme, the session on ‘Business Planning’ is designed to help innovators turn their ideas into structured and scalable business concepts.
The training will introduce participants to innovation ecosystems and the fundamentals of business planning through a step-by-step approach covering product definition, customer identification, market validation, and operational and financial planning.
By the end of the session, participants will have acquired practical skills and tools to validate the market potential of their ideas and develop realistic implementation and growth plans. The session is open to early-stage and mature companies.
