The Doñana Terra Innova project establishes a single channel to promote sustainable innovation projects in the territory
  • A single, shared channel has been established for the submission of ideas and proposals for future R&D&I projects via the email address: donanainnovacion@corporaciontecnologica.com.

  • This channel will allow initiatives from companies, organizations, and stakeholders in the territory to be organized, coordinated, and supported.

  • Project definitions will be carried out in a coordinated manner by the consortium, aligned with the project’s strategic objectives and CDTI’s criteria.

The project “Doñana Terra Innova: Innovation and Technology for the Socioeconomic Revitalization of Doñana,” led by CTA and funded by the Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology and Innovation (CDTI Innovación), with the support of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, is progressing toward its goal of consolidating the area of influence of the Doñana Natural Space as a benchmark territory for sustainable innovation, based on a public-private cooperation model and consortium-based collaboration.

This project is funded by CDTI and supported by the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities.

Within this framework, CTA, in coordination with the other entities forming the consortium, has set up the email address donanainnovacion@corporaciontecnologica.com as a single, shared entry channel for the submission of ideas and proposals for future R&D&I projects.

This channel will enable the coordination, structuring and support of initiatives from companies, organizations and stakeholders across the territory, ensuring a shared vision aligned with the project’s strategic objectives and the criteria established by CDTI.

The consortium is composed of Asaja-Huelva, the Federation of Entrepreneurs of Huelva (FOE), the cooperatives OnuCoop SCA and Seprocoop SCA, and the University of Huelva (UHU), which work in a coordinated manner to activate a stable local innovation ecosystem, strengthen university–business collaboration, and promote projects with a tangible impact on the socioeconomic development and environmental sustainability of the Doñana area.

CTA, a public–private partnership entity, acts as an ally and collaborator of CDTI in Andalusia. This initiative in the Doñana Natural Space represents the first action promoted by CTA in 2026 within the framework of this collaboration.

In addition, CTA is a National and International Support Entity of CDTI’s PIDI Network, providing assistance to companies and innovation ecosystem stakeholders in advanced inquiries related to funding programmes for R&D&I activities.

During the two-year implementation period, Doñana Terra Innova will focus on the identification, assessment and definition of innovative initiatives, as well as the design of business plans, corporate projects and Public Procurement of Innovation actions, with particular attention to strategic areas for the territory such as water management, sustainable agriculture, and the improvement of working conditions in the agricultural sector.

With the launch of this shared channel, the consortium strengthens its commitment to open, structured and results-oriented participation, enabling ideas emerging from the territory to be transformed into viable projects aligned with public innovation priorities and with the expectations of CDTI and the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities.
