CTA prepares a report on open innovation models in the Atlantic Area

CTA has prepared a report that analyzes open innovation models in the countries of the Atlantic area, i.e. Spain, Portugal, France, Ireland and the United Kingdom. The report focuses on the opportunities offered by open innovation to develop technological solutions in the water-energy nexus.

The report explores the innovation ecosystem of the countries in the Atlantic region, with the aim of identifying the main stakeholders, the innovation tools, as well as good practices and success stories.

The open innovatoin promotes the transfer of resources and the acceleration of organizational capabilities for the development of innovation and commercialization, through cooperation between startups, research centers, suppliers, customers and competitors.

EERES4WATER is a project coordinated by CTA and co-financed by the Interreg Atlantic Area programme through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The aim of the project is to optimize the energy management of the water cycle in the Atlantic countries.
