CTA receives an expedition from Colombia to explore collaboration opportunities

An expedition of Colombian entities has visited CTA’s facilities today to learn about its operation and support model for regional R&D and innovation.

The Colombian mission was attended by representatives of the Government of the Atlantic and the innovation consultancy Vertical.i. On behalf of CTA, the Energy and Environment Technical Officer of CTA, Germán López, and the consultant Antonio Hurtado attended.

The meeting was part of an exploratory technology mission to Spain organised by Vertical.i to visit entities in the Spanish innovation system. The objective was to explore cooperation opportunities in the energy and agro-technological sectors, as well as in the transfer of know-how for the development of regional technological innovation systems.

The CTA team has the competences and capabilities to provide innovation services that respond to the needs of countries where the innovation system is in the process of construction and development. CTA has already participated in several consortia awarded multilateral projects in Latin America.
